2. Right of Withdrawal – 14-Day Return Right

  1. Email us at info@veracompra.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return the product within 14 days of notification, unused, in original condition and packaging.
  3. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Important:Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

Contact us at info@veracompra.com within 48 hours with photos. Full replacement or refund, return shipping covered by us.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products used, modified, or deliberately damaged.
  • Sealed products opened for hygiene or health protection reasons.
  • Products returned after the 14-day period without a defect claim.

5. Refused or Undelivered Orders

Return shipping and handling costs are deducted from any refund owed.

6. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product, via bank transfer.

7. Legal Guarantee

All products carry the statutory 2-year guarantee under EU Directive 1999/44/EC and D.Lgs. 206/2005.
